I’m the hands behind Rollicious. My background is in finance, but cooking has always been what I truly care about. It keeps me connected to home, my culture, and the people around me.
I’ve taught myself Vietnamese cooking from the ground up, from baking our bread fresh each morning to creating flavours inspired by Northern-style Hanoi food. Everything we serve is simple, honest, and made properly.
Through Rollicious, my goal is to share food that feels good to eat and worth coming back for. Light, fresh, and balanced, without ever losing flavour.
